This tower is a project for the car brand Hyundai. It includes a showroom for cars on the ground floor, offices on the upper floors and further staff accommodation above. The building takes its form from this complex site, following precisely the setback line for use a maximum of the surface. Facades which appear to be completely random, consist in fact of three different window modules mixed and multiplied offer this appearance, while minimizing the cost.

Be the agency was contacted later to work on this project already under construction. Imperia Garden is a luxury and self-contained urban area that is invested and developed by HBI Joint Stock Company with many prestigious partners. Imperia Garden will bring surprising innovation to the Hanoi apartment market when HBI Joint Stock Company first introduces the kind of "luxury affordable" apartments in resort style, but suitable for financial viability of many customers. Our work focus on a complete design of facades and every apartment plans. All this while keeping the support structure and circulation cores of the building that could not be changed.

Around a central creative core program in rehabilitated sheds that comes to complement Euratechnologie center next to the site, the project is composed and decomposed into different scenarios. In each phase, nothing has stopped, everything can change following the viability of the overall project, in terms of economy and social life. So we imagine services, shops and different types of housing come to irrigate the rest of the peninsula by following the different taglines around this site. More than a mix of people, we search here to use a mix of functions, of appropriations ... It is a complex issue that needs to believe the project to longer terms than usual. An architecture which therefore think much in terms of space and in terms of time.

Recycling, workshops and housing project in Bordeaux, France (with the participation of Youssef Tohmé)
The City of Bordeaux led since several years an ambitious urban project in the territory of Bastide Brazza. It is this area of eco project, the main design was entrusted to the town planner-architect Youssef Tohme, who develop several forms of housing that will meet the new expectations of first time buyers. It is on a plot along the old railway line that comes to develop our project recycling complex, associated with different workshops, co-working spaces, different forms of housing and living spaces. Imagining all the project around a sustainable development approach, generating interactions.

Bordeaux Urban Community launched since 2010 the call for projects "50,000 new housing around public transport roads". The main objective is both to find faster and more participatory tools for action at the metropolitan level, as at the micro-local level to invent new housing typologies with a strong and sustainable social ambition. With this project around the Bordeaux ring road, the goal is to answer to three key issues that are limiting urban sprawl, construction of innovative housing, with accessible and economically reasonable distance living quarters places of work.

The community of municipalities of the Pays d'Albret, with its partner the Landes de Gascogne Regional Natural Park, engaged for working with the Bordeaux School of Architecture on contemporary architecture in the Landes de Gascogne: what is living in this territory today, how to take into account the needs and expectations of long-time residents or newcomers, what habitat invent with us today, how to perform simple accommodation in energy, these are some questions... The ultimate goal was thus to produce a repository of contemporary homes, sociologically acceptable, economically and architecturally through the territory, and which are real alternatives to individual consumers pavilion space and landscapes normalization factor.
