This contest won by the agency Be, is a hotel and office tower on the side of Nha Trang, a seaside town south of vietnam. The project is intended to be quite simple, drawing his main design program requirements: provide maximum of terrace to all apartments, ensuring effective protection against sunlight and keeping the intimacy between each slot. All offering a luxurious pool that cut the tower in the middle, facing the sea. Alternating straight and broken lines allows to link program and design.

Highest Tour of Da Nang for VNECO Competition, Da Nang, Vietnam
I had the opportunity to actively work on this tower project in Da Nang, Vietnam seaside town center. This contest won by the agency is divided into a luxury hotel, apartments for acquisition, office space and other facilities services. All complemented a masterful pool in its center. The tower presents a rather complex area but only a few different levels are repeated and overlap to give the building the random appearance. This offers on each floor various terraces and different points of view.

The competition, organized by the government, aims at the construction of a large complex of housing, shops, offices and other amenities. Only international agencies were invited to participate in this project on a relatively short time. Our project draws its essence in a reinterpretation of old colonial buildings already on the site. The main lines of facades and drawing plans follow a mathematic and thematic logics and inspired by the rich history of the place and the requirements of the program.

Nadau Lavergne Architecture and Urbanism office and CB Coonstruire won in 2014 the contest for tranformation of Magasin Général in the Bastide Niel. The rehabilitation includes 5000m of housing and cultural space of 8000sqm and activities, this program is the pilot project of ZAC Bastide Niel, coordinated by MVRDV. NL got the trust of the city thanks to the priority given to cultural activities and self-promotion for housing. A project with attractiveness and originality in a transformation project based on a joint programming housing / culture / cctivities / businesses; the quality of the cultural offer and diversity, and the guarantees provided in terms of animation site.
A new model workshop for the Architecture School of Bordeaux
To replace a dilapidated workshop model of our Architecture school of Bordeaux, the Ensap has created a class combining both Architecture and Engineering from the perspective of synergy interdiscipinary, all of that in association with the Engineer school of Anglet. Our project has resulted in a simple building, flexible, pragmatic and programmatic. The whole thought to be easily constructible and with a minimum of expensive construction materials, to stay a maximum in a sustainable way.
A covered market hall on Saint-Etienne Place, Liege (Belgium)
While Degree at the Architecture school of Saint Luc, was launched a competition aimed qt the construction of a covered market hall on the Square Saint-Etienne, in the historical district of Liège in Belgium. So at the beginning of my studies, this project have enabled us to quickly confront with the reality of the architectural competition, team skills, the deadline and technicals requirements of an architectural competition. Here with a completely hall made of timber and Plexiglas panels that offer optimum modularity as needed for events related to this kind of construction.
